Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges are based on your location and method of shipment. Items within the US are sent via USPS, UPS, and Fedex. For international shipping, items are sent via DHL, UPS, or USPS. Buyer is responsible for all international shipping taxes and duties. Please allow 3-7 days for processing and fulfillment. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once departing our hub.

To receive a refund, exchange, or store credit, your item(s) must be returned to us within the shipping window specified to each method. The returned item(s) must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached. The return window for Exchange or Store Credit is 30 days from receipt. The return window for a Refund is 15 days from receipt. Returns for exchange or store credit are always 100% free within the return window. After exchanging, your item(s) will be final sale. Refunds are subject to a 20% handling fee. Orders placed using discount codes are not eligible for a refund.
